Diary in Spanish of Azlor y Virto de Vera, Marquis de Aguayo (1677-1734), a photostatic copy of the original in the San Francisco Archives of the National Library, Mexico City, contains Aguayo's account of his expedition to Texas (1720-1722) to reoccupy the East Texas missions and presidios that had been abandoned during the French invasion in 1719.
