Scope and Contents
The Christopher Martin Papers, 1996-2004, consist of reporter’s notebooks dating from his time spent as a producer for CBS. The collection also includes VHS and Betacam SP tapes of CBS news programs which he produced, as well as photographs relating to his work as a producer.

Biographical Note
Christopher Martin studied communications at Ithaca College before becoming a producer at CBS News in 1992. While at CBS, he worked on 60 Minutes, 60 Minutes II, CBS Evening News and various feature assignments. Martin was recognized for his work with Emmy Awards in 1996 and 2011, and a Peabody Award in 1994. Martin currently lives in Austin, Texas.
