Scope and Contents
The 160th Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron Photographs Collection consists of approximately 300 photographic prints, circa 1945, taken by the 160th Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron during World War II in Germany. Most images are detailed aerial views of key positions, showing gun emplacements, tanks, and factories. Also included is a small group of original and copy prints of candid snapshots of the squadron at camp and a bound history of the squadron, probably published soon after the conclusion of the war.
