Howard Sochurek photographic archive
Howard Sochurek (1924-1994) was an American photojournalist known best for his overseas assignments and early adoption and development of digital photography. Ranging in date from circa 1943 to 1988, the archive features a variety of subjects, including the Korean War, India’s post-colonial growth, Indochina and the Battle of Dien Bien Phu, life in the then-Soviet Union, the Vietnam War, and aerospace.
